WHAT'S IT COST AND WHEN WILL I GET IT?
We get it: shipping is important. You just purchased something you want, you want it quick, and you don’t want to pay a lot to get it.
We know which shipping companies are best at getting your order to you quickly and safely and do it so at a fair cost. We have partnered with the best of the best, including DHL, UPS, ePacket etc. So, on every order, we select which shipping carrier is best suited to meet your needs.
Also, for a limited time, we are offering FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on EVERYTHING.
USA: Between 5-15 working days (10 working days on average) from the shipping date
Canada: Between 10-20 working days (11 working days on average) from the shipping date
Europe: Between 10-20 working days (12 working days on average) from the shipping date
Australia: Between 10-20 working days (12 working days on average) from the shipping date
All Others: Between 10-25 working days from the shipping date
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We stock nearly all items in our China PR warehouse and this is indicated by “√ In Stock Ready To Ship” icon just below the sale price.
As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days, but usually, the very next day after you make the order. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale when it might take a couple of days longer but never exceeding 5 days.
Once the order is sent to our logistics company for shipping, you will receive an additional email with shipping confirmation including your order tracking code and details on how to track the shipping status of the order.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
